What inspired the creating of Aigoo Russia?
Aigoo Russia
Huge love for K-POP, Asia and Asian music in general. Initially, we did not plan to create Aigoo Russia or something else, we just wanted to make some grand cool fan party where we could meet people with the same interests, hang out all together and, finally, be able to dance to our favourite tracks. So when we got the opportunity, we just made such a party ourselves. And then we realized that one party wasn't enough at all, tried visiting other parties, watched and learned how the things were done, understood our pros and cons. And then, finally, decided to make our own party again and again and again... And later the Aigoo Russia appeared.

What was the very highlight of the past 10 years for you?
Aigoo Russia
Actually, there were quite a few. To be honest, probably every KDF was a highlight for me. And our very first festival IDOLCON, which was held on March 8, 2011, was also unforgettable. At that time we still knew nothing about the organization, and we got through a lot of things during that first festival. It was such a great experience! In fact, the event went on well, very well, it gave us a lot of emotions, a lot of new knowledge. And since we did this for the first time (there even hadn't been such an event held abroad yet), it shouldn't be forgotten, it was really cool. If there was something else to allocate, then it would be a joint event made by KDF and Feel Korea. It was unusual for Russian K-culture festivals to bring as many as 4 artists, in fact, we did that for the first time. And another inmportant moment would be the BTS's visit in 2014. Personally, my favorite event was the KDF 2016, with BIGSTAR as the guest stars. It is memorable for me because during the whole 2 days before the event there were other festivals, night parties and we didn't sleep at all! Besides the fact that we had to organize everything and be the presenters, my team and I were also chosen to dance for some reason.

Are there any events you'd like to repeat?
Aigoo Russia
I'd like to bring BTS to our country again. As well as to organize a great and cool concert with the most popular K-POP groups.

Would you like to try anything new as an organizer?
Aigoo Russia
A special interactive tour to Korea! It will be held in a game format like "Running Man", but with idols, concerts and some touristic things, interesting tasks and so on. The show will be for people who have initially been afraid to go to Korea, afraid to communicate with Koreans. They will have a wonderful opportunity to do all of this and they won't even notice the process of filming. This is a really nice idea and I do hope that we are able to make such a TV show with MTV.

Please, tell us the story of your cooperation with the Korean Cultural Center?
Aigoo Russia
In 2011, I was invited as the host for the first show festival at the Taganka Theater. It was there that I met Mr. Liang who at that time was the director of the Korean Cultural Center. He really liked the way I was holding the event and the next time I invited him as a member of jury for the IDOLCON. He said that we were great organizers, he really liked the atmosphere and offered to collaborate on K-POP events in the future. He is such a stunning man and it's such a pity that he left Moscow in 2015, but I wish him all the best. Russian K-POP lovers don't know that, but we all owe him a lot.

Whom would you like to cooperate wit in the future?
Aigoo Russia
All of us have our own biases and we'd like to bring our favourite artists to Russia. For me they are JAEJOONG, JUNSU, JYJ... For Zvezda they would definitely be 2PM. And by the way, she said she wanted to see Tiger and his wife in our country. I would also like to bring Big Bang, BTS once again and EXO. Personally I am a little bit of Stray Kids's fan now, so it would be great to see them too. It would be nice to cooperate with some sponsors, because my pocket is kind of empty.

Your team is very tight-knit. What is the secret of such a nice team work?
Aigoo Russia
We were friends right from the beginning, all three of us. We lived together, we got through a lot of things together. And we are still like family, no matter what. And your family doesn't betray you!

Are there any positive prospects for Hallyu (Korean wave) in Russia? What do you think?
Aigoo Russia
Of course there are positive prospects! Recently our country opened its doors for Korea and Korean culture. And Koreans themselves are glad to visit Russia though some of them are still a little bit afraid. I believe the following few years will be the peak of Korean wave in our country.

Out of all the projects, which one is your favourite?
Aigoo Russia
It would be IDOLCON - our very first big project, which was personally my idea. It will always remain our lovechild, our favourite festival. I like to change, improve it year by year, invent new categories of nominations. And I really like to see how people coming to our festival improve themselves. If you remember how everything has began and see how it looks nowdays... Now it's such an amazing show which just cannot be compared with the first one in 2011. Another favorite project is the K-POP camp. I couldn't make this idea real for 3-4 years, I was thinking a lot, doubting if everything is worth it or not... And then I just made it! And this is literally awesome, people get so many positive emotions there! I love how the incompatible is combined by this project. People of different ages share experiences, they are united by their passion, and no matter what, in the camp you will show your real self, people just reveal themselves there. It is priceless to see!

And there's one more favourite project. All in all I can say that I have three of them. The third one is Aigoo Workshop. Initially, we planned to bring only choreographers, but then I was lucky enough to make friends with idols. I just invited them to come and try such an activity. For some reason, nobody in the world tried this or even thought of it before. The guys were thinking over our offer for almost a year, and then they agreed and came to us. And now it's Aigoo Workshop that is insanely inspiring them for new aims, for dancing, improving themselves. They are enjoying the workshops so much! I really like to see that these events give energy not only to those who come, but also to the idols themselves. So they don't give up on their career as an idol and are able to see how important they are for many people, how they can make others happy, make themselves happy! This is priceless!

How have you come up with an idea of creating the camp and the quests?
Aigoo Russia
I am always full of ideas and just need them all to become real. Once, after the first IDOLCON passed, we had an idea to gather a lot of K-POP fans at some tourist center and spend our weekends all together.

So that, starting from that thought, I came up with the idea of a camp. A place where K-POP fans can spend some time together doing their favourite activities and just having a good time, have fun while making barbecues for example. Being a fan of the "Running Man" show, I decided to create a huge camp. We've been worging on this idea for a long time and, in fact, we have a different program for every shift, there always are different things, though something repeats and something has already become a tradition. We have not had a single week that is exactly the same yet, and this is unlikely to happen, because we are full of ideas! All the small thoughts and ideas have found their embodiment in the camp, and I honestly believe that this place brings happiness not only to me, but to all the people who happen to be there.

As for the quests, I just wanted to see crazy people more often, do crazy things more often, meet someone new more often, make each other happy more often, and create crazy, scary, strange, unusual tasks.

It was originally a mini-version of the camp, just for a day. In the camp, quests are held at least 2-3 times a week as a part of our daily program. You know, sometimes we just want to do something crazy, fulfill somethitg you lack in your life. Chasing all all your fears and complexes...

And yes, in fact, the program is the same with the one in the camp, based on the same team building system, which is aimed at revealing one's true personality and the formation of the team. Since I'm working in event area, the camp has become a kind of an experimental platform for me. I first tried some of my ideas there, watched the response, how it could develop, what could be done, what were the results, what was to be improved and so on. But despite the fact that I these were experiments, some of which I myself tried for the first time, we all always liked the program very much.
